This old metal building was a cotton gin, I believe.
The signs read "Continental Gin Machinery" and "Continental Lint Cleaners".

I love old buildings and rusty old signs too.
We had an old cotton gin in Georgia that they made into a flea market. I could spend hours rummaging through there, plus it was just a cool feel knowing that long ago it was used for something different!
