Postcard Wednesday


Sharing another photo postcard from the past. That's the Black Warrior River, of course, and this shot is taken from the Northport side. The bridge on the left is the old draw bridge which was built in 1922 and replaced by the Hugh Thomas Bridge in 1974. The structure on the right is the old M&O Railroad wooden train tressel, still in use.
