Skywatch Friday

"But soft, what light through yonder window breaks?" ...oh wait, that's not a window, that's a hole in the roof of the barn! Here's a shot into the hayloft, complete with rope for swinging down. And technically, that is the sky you see through that hole, so it works for Skywatch Friday too! Now, how many blogs can combine the Bard and a barn in one post?

D - Love the barn and your old postcard of Tuscaloosa. I'll bet there are cozy coffee houses in your neigborhood as well. My coffee spot is in the heart of a historic district of homes in Tampa and just blocks from the open bay.

Very nice picture, and way to work in some Bill!

That reminds me of my childhood playing in the barns of the farm behind my house! Oh what fun that was!

Thanks everyone! I enjoyed visiting around your blogs today. I know this wasn't the classic skywatch pic, so thanks for indulging me. Happy Weekend!

I, for one, would never have thought of it...but I bet now every time I see a barn with a hole in the roof that this post will come to mind.

Probably the most original Skywatch post I've seen!

Very original and your hayloft brings back tons of great memories with firecrackers. So dangerous and so much fun ... with the adults having highballs and playing cards in the house. Dysfunctional 101. LOL. xoxo from The Prairie.
