This is the Cypress Inn Restaurant in Tuscaloosa. They serve really wonderful food and feature the best view in town! It sits on the north bank and overlooks the Black Warrior River. If you're ever in town, make a point to eat here! Last weekend we celebrated our anniversary here. I'll share more pics this week.

I wonder if they serve catfish.
The best place ever for catfish is Ezelle's near Butler. Not so far from you. Maybe you have been there.
We enjoyed our virtual visit to Tuscaloosa today. Would love to try the Cypress Inn Restaurant. Surely you have a postcard of it!
congrats on the anniversary!
I've heard about this restaurant but have yet to get over to Tuscaloosa to eat there.
Dot, I have eaten at Ezelle's near Butler, but it's been a long time. The catfish was wonderful.
Dot and RR - Actually, Alabama pond raised catfish is a specialty. This is the ONLY place I'll eat catfish, or any fish for that matter. They also have MARVELOUS fried green tomatoes with Memphis dressing and feta cheese appetizer.
Ken Mac - Thank you! 22 years and happier than ever!
Greensboro Daily - Glad you dropped by. Actually, all my Tuscaloosa postcards predate the restaurant by many years.
