This building was also the federal courthouse. The city acquired and renovated it in 1968. The courtroom is now the city commission chamber. There's a city hall annex behind this building, a courtyard between streets, and a walkover to the new municipal court building.

Greetings! I am an administrator for Wikipedia, where I lead the project on United States Courts and Judges. I would really like to use your photograph of the Tuscaloosa City Hall, and if you have one (or could get one) a photograph of the current United States Courthouse in Tuscaloosa. Best to email me at bd2412 (at) hotmail, or post a note on my Wikipedia user talk page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:BD2412
Otherwise, I'll just check back here to see if you got this. Cheers!
