Kentuck Museum

This mosaic tile mural is in the courtyard of the Kentuck Museum in historic downtown Northport.

The Kentuck Museum and Art Gallery features art by regional and national artists. If you're ever near Tuscaloosa in October, the Kentuck Festival is a 'don't miss' event.

I like the mosaic. I always like drawings, etc. of that type of tree.

I like the mosaic too. The tree of life?

Excellent! And the museum is wonderful...it's so nice they feature people nearby, too. Starving artists need all the help they can get.

Beautiful mosaic. I've been to this museum but haven't been to the festival in ages. Maybe I will get there again someday.

man, I used to live at river Run apts in downtown Northport and used to love walking to the barber shop, city cafe, the globe, and kentuck museum and running under the railroad bridge and on the levee. I miss it more than i ever thought I would.
