Here are the ones we left to ripen.

These got picked, washed, cobblered, and eaten.

Looks delicious. Just a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, please!

Blackberry cobbler! I can't think of anything I like better. Is there any left?

Rambling Round - oh man, that would've been perfect! Alas, no ice cream.
B Squared - yes, YUM!
Tanya - The dish belongs to my mom and yes, it's an oldie!
George - sadly no, it was gone pretty quick.
Halcyon - it was.

Thanks everyone ;)

We planted our berry bushes this year. I hope we get even a small bit to make a cobbler next. Looks delicious.

That looks so good. That many blackberries at our local supermarket would cost .... well, you'd probably have to mortgage your house. And then they'd be sour!

Oh, you are making my mouth water. We haven't picked blackberries in years, but we used to doit every summer. Those were the good old days.
